We searched a great deal of popular literature and we found that it was very difficult to find works that didn’t feature many similarities to the original Robin Hood ballads.  Those ballads adopted many qualities of earlier works and inspired many that came after.

Developing leadership skills,  both at the private level and in the over-powering levels of government is a thread that meanders from ancient texts through Robin Hood until it exploded into the political and philosophic movements that shaped the modern world.  The Robin Hood Factor (The other RH Factor) outlines a range of behaviors that mirror the struggles of average people, living average lives.

The three most important RH Factors are Understanding,  Cooperation and Empathy.  “He robbed from the rich and gave to the poor”,  blends those three elements together,  but in a way that is both heroic and villainous.
